Clean and inviting, with a pronounced malty foundation underscored by a gentle floral hop character. Alpine spring water imparts a soft mineral note, while subtle toasted grain and bread dough aromas add depth without dominance.

The palate opens with soft, grainy maltiness and a hint of caramel sweetness, followed by a crisp, refreshing mid-palate supported by restrained bitterness and a clean mineral backbone. The 22 IBU provides definition without harshness, allowing the malt-forward character to remain central.
