◎ Appearance

A mahogany-dark wheat beer that shifts dramatically from near-black at the rim to deep red when held to light, revealing its true color complexity. The dense, off-white head clings to the glass with stable lacing. Fine carbonation rises steadily through the body, creating a lively yet controlled visual presence.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with prominent ripe banana and bright citrus notes layered over the classic clove and spice signature of wheat yeast fermentation. Beneath these esters lies a soft, grainy Malz character that grounds the composition without overpowering the fruity top notes. The overall impression is balanced between yeast-driven aromatics and subtle malt sweetness.

◐ Taste

On the palate, toasted Malz takes the lead immediately, delivering a full-bodied mouthfeel that belies the modest 5.1% ABV. Banana and citrus esters weave through the mid-palate, complementing rather than competing with the malt backbone. A whisper of clove spice emerges in the finish, providing gentle bitterness that never becomes harsh or assertive.

The finish is clean and moderately dry, with the spice notes lingering gently on the palate. The beer closes with a soft malt sweetness and a touch of wheat grain character, leaving a balanced aftertaste without drying harshness.
