◐ Taste

Entry is rich and full-bodied, with caramel and toffee building immediately across the mid-palate. Dark fruit flavors—plum, dried cherry—weave through the sweetness, while the 65 IBU bitterness arrives late but with restraint, balancing rather than dominating. The alcohol warmth (11% ABV) becomes apparent in the mid-palate without creating harshness.

◑ Finish

The finish is long and smooth, with residual toffee sweetness lingering alongside a gentle dry note from the late bitterness. Alcohol presence fades gracefully, leaving a malty, slightly warming aftertaste.
