Ambar Especial Sin Gluten
Ambar Especial Sin Gluten is the gluten-free version of the house lager. Antonio Fumanal developed it in 2008 with the Aragonese Coeliac Association after three years of research. The challenge was to keep both the golden colour and the combination of sweet and bitter flavours when the gluten is broken down, and flavour, aroma and bitterness follow the traditional beer.
