A pale golden hue with bright clarity and good light transmission. The head forms modestly and lingers with fine, crisp retention, laying down delicate lacing as it subsides. Carbonation is lively, with fine bubbles rising steadily through the glass.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with soft, slightly sweet malt notes from floor-malted barley, supported by gentle Pilsner grain character. Subtle citrus notes emerge from the Magnum and Saphir hops—understated and clean, without aggressive herbal or spicy edges. A faint breadiness rounds out the bouquet.

◐ Taste

Entry is clean and slightly sweet, with the malt body presenting as lean but satisfying rather than thin. Midpalate develops gentle citrus notes alongside a mild bready character, while bitterness remains restrained at 15 IBU, adding structure without dominance. The palate stays crisp throughout, with no alcohol burn or thinness.

The finish is short to medium and clean, fading with a light, slightly sweet malt aftertaste and a whisper of citrus. No harsh edges or astringency remain.
