Moderate carbonation produces steady streams of small bubbles that sustain the foam collar throughout the drinking experience.

The nose opens with toasted hazelnut and caramel sweetness from the Belgian Special B malt, creating a warm, inviting character. Subtle Cascade hop notes emerge as citrus zest and dried orange peel, balancing the malt-forward aromatics without overpowering them. A light bready note rounds out the nose, with hints of dark fruit warmth in the background.

The palate delivers a rich, nutty entry with pronounced toasted and bready flavors that build through the mid-palate. Caramel sweetness underpins the malt bill, while 36 IBUs of Cascade hops provide a measured citrus and light herbal bite that prevents the beer from becoming cloying. The body is full and smooth, with dark fruit undertones contributing subtle complexity beneath the dominant nutty-malty framework.
