🌍 Germany · Helles Lager · One of 253 Helles Lagers in hopIQ

Introduced in 2018 in a retro Euro bottle, this pale lager differs from the Spezial mainly in its hopping. Since 2020 it has carried the Baden-Württemberg quality seal, which certifies that its barley and hops come from the state. It pours golden and finely filtered under a firm, fine-pored head. Blossomy, fruity hop-cone aromas meet sweetish malt; the soft malty entry gives way to an elegant, flattering bitterness, and the finish is round and harmonious.
