The nose is restrained and elegant, leading with bright citrus notes that suggest fresh lemon zest and gentle orange peel. A soft, refined Edelhopfen character underpins the aroma without dominating, while the all-malt grist provides a clean, understated backdrop of pale grain and subtle herbaceousness.

Entry is crisp and dry, with the citrus character translating seamlessly from aroma to palate. The mid-palate shows balanced malt sweetness—light and biscuity—that grounds the beer without heaviness, while low-to-moderate bitterness (22 IBU) provides structure without assertiveness.
