Witte Rook
A blend of Helles Weizenbock and Rauchbier: mild fruit with banana and clove, roasted fruit and a subtle bacon-like smoke from beechwood-dried malt. The aroma recalls a summer barbecue. Brewed yearly at the Jopenkerk in Haarlem since 2021, it is named after the white smoke at a papal election and follows the test brew Schwarze Hell. 7.0% ABV.
