Hopf Helle Weiße
Pale gold with a fine yeast haze, Hopf's Helle Weiße carries a subtly fruity note and stays refreshing and lively. Brewed in Miesbach with water from the Leitzach valley, wheat and barley malt, hops and yeast, it starts at 12.5 % original gravity and finishes at 5.5 % ABV. The classic of a brewery that the Hopf family took over in 1921.

Slightly warmer than a lager — 8–12°C allows the banana and clove esters from the yeast to fully develop.
Tall and narrow at the base, flaring at the top — designed to hold the abundant foam of a wheat beer while showcasing its hazy golden body.
Best fresh. The yeast-driven banana and clove character fades over time. Drink within 4 months.
