◎ Appearance

Pale golden hue with excellent clarity and bright transparency. A dense, white head forms readily and clings persistently to the glass walls, leaving distinct lacing with each sip. Carbonation appears vibrant and well-integrated throughout.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright grapefruit zest and candied citrus notes, underscored by a resinous, herbaceous character from the pine-forward hop blend. A clean malt foundation provides subtle breadiness without overwhelming the aromatic complexity, while the overall character remains crisp and inviting.

◐ Taste

Entry is clean and juicy, with citrus sweetness establishing itself across the mid-palate before transitioning into dank, bitter hop character. The complex malt backbone—layered from ten separate hop additions—provides structure and subtle caramel notes that prevent the bitterness from becoming harsh. The finish drives toward a dry, peppery bitterness with lingering pine.

A crisp, drying finish with assertive piney bitterness that persists into the aftertaste. The snap is clean and refreshing, leaving the palate ready for the next sip without residual sweetness or astringency.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.
