The carbonation is lively but restrained, creating a soft cushion of foam that clings to the rim with delicate retention. Light catches the beer cleanly, emphasizing its translucent, inviting character.

◌ Aroma

The nose is understated and refined, with soft malt sweetness at the forefront—hints of bread crust and subtle honey notes. Noble hops contribute a gentle, almost mineral floral quality that adds dimension without assertiveness. The overall impression is clean and balanced, inviting rather than demanding attention.

◐ Taste

Entry is smooth and malty, with a delicate grain-forward character that unfolds without aggression. The mid-palate maintains this gentle malt profile while a crisp, mineral edge emerges, keeping the beer lively on the tongue. Bitterness is restrained at 18 IBU, allowing the clean, slightly honeyed malt finish to dominate without any harsh edges.
