Spring Tide
A pale ale of 4.2 percent from the cask side of the Gower range, first recorded in 2024. The brewery publishes no description of its own, so the picture comes from drinkers: citrus is the note named most often, alongside a fruity, fairly sweet impression and a clear hop presence. One taster calls it full-bodied and very refreshing, another places it close to modern hop-forward pale ales. It is poured mainly in pubs across south Wales.

Cold enough to sharpen the hop aroma without numbing the palate. Around 7–9°C keeps the citrus and pine vivid without losing bitterness definition.
The classic — versatile, comfortable to hold and keeps the beer cool. No frills, no distractions: just the beer.
Drink fresh — hop aroma fades fast. Best within 3 months of canning or bottling.
