A light fruity character emerges—faintly apple or pear—without aggressive yeast phenolics. The spring water base contributes to an overall fresh, clean aromatic profile.

Entry is smooth and approachable, with restrained bitterness (25 IBU) that arrives early and fades cleanly without harshness. Mid-palate balances light malt sweetness against that gentle bitterness, with honey and faint stone fruit notes providing complexity.
