A pale, hazy golden pour with a fine white head that settles into delicate lacing around the glass. The cloudiness is characteristic of the style, arising from wheat and yeast suspension rather than hop debris. Carbonation is moderate and even, giving the beer a soft, approachable visual presence.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with bright coriander notes that dominate without sharpness, balanced by subtle orange peel zest and a gentle herbal quality. Underneath lies a soft, grainy wheat character with a whisper of floral spice from the yeast fermentation. The overall impression is clean and delicate, inviting rather than assertive.

◐ Taste

The palate is light and refreshing from the outset, with coriander and citrus notes playing off a clean wheat base that provides body without weight. Bitterness is restrained at 15 IBU, allowing the spice and fruit character to shine through. The mid-palate is smooth and well-integrated, with no harsh edges or metallic aftertaste.

The finish is clean and dry, with coriander and orange peel lingering gently on the palate. No heavy aftertaste; instead, a refreshing clarity that invites the next sip.

Serve cold to preserve the delicate citrus and spice aromas. Too warm and the yeast esters become heavy — too cold and the coriander disappears.
