The nose leads with fresh yeast character—earthy and slightly doughy notes from the living culture in suspension. Beneath this sits a clean, soft malt base with hints of bread crust and subtle hay. Noble hop aromatics provide a gentle spice backdrop without dominance.

The palate enters smooth and full-bodied for its 5.6% ABV, with pronounced yeasty notes and a malty sweetness that feels natural rather than cloying.
