◐ Taste

The palate enters dry and crisp, with citrus flavours flowing directly from the aroma into the mid-palate. Bitterness is affable and well-integrated, offering enough structure to frame the beer without overwhelming the delicate balance. The oatmeal adjunct contributes a light, clean texture and subtle sweetness that prevents harshness; the finish dries progressively, leaving a balanced, hoppy complexity.
