A pale straw colour with excellent clarity and a fine, delicate white head that settles to a thin collar of lacing. The carbonation is visible and refined, creating a bright, inviting presentation typical of well-crafted wheat ales.

The nose is dominated by a gentle noble hop character that remains restrained and elegant. Soft wheat and malt undertones emerge beneath, with a subtle hint of spice from the wheat beer yeast that complements rather than overwhelms the overall impression.

◐ Taste

The palate opens crisp and dry, with wheat providing a light, slightly grainy texture. The hop bitterness is low and measured at 14 IBU, allowing the malt's delicate sweetness to remain in the foreground before a clean, refreshing dryness takes hold across the mid-palate.

◑ Finish

The finish is notably dry and clean, with the low hop bitterness lingering gently without harshness. The aftertaste remains refreshing and quaffable, leaving minimal residual sweetness.
