Pale golden-yellow with a soft, hazy suspension throughout. The head forms quickly and recedes to a thin, wispy collar with modest lacing on the glass. Carbonation appears moderate, with fine bubbles rising steadily through the opaque body.

◌ Aroma

Vivid tropical fruit dominates—passion fruit and papaya leap from the glass, joined by bright blood orange zest. Behind the fruit sits a clean, herbaceous hop presence that prevents the nose from tipping into pure juice territory. Light, grassy notes ground the composition without asserting themselves.

◐ Taste

The entry is immediately fruity and refreshing, with juicy stone fruit and citrus moving across the palate. The mid-palate holds a restrained bitterness and subtle hop resin that provides structure and prevents one-dimensionality. Finish is clean and dry, the fruit lingering just long enough before fading into a crisp, mineral dryness.

◑ Finish

Short to medium length, with the tropical notes receding into a clean, crisp aftertaste. A subtle mineral edge emerges, leaving the palate refreshed rather than coated.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.
