Tui was first brewed in 1889 on the banks of the Mangatainoka River by Henry Wagstaff and stayed a Wairarapa and Hawke's Bay secret for over a century before going national in 1998. The EIPA runs at 4% ABV and is made from water, malted barley, sugar, hops and hop extract. Tui's loyal following was built on quality brewing and the viral 'Yeah Right' advertising.
