The nose leads with crisp, orchard-fresh apple and light citrus notes characteristic of noble hop character. Beneath lies a soft maltiness with subtle honey undertones and the faintest suggestion of anise spice. The overall impression is clean and refreshing, without harsh herbality.

The palate enters clean and crisp, with a delicate sweet maltiness that frames the beer's profile.
