Founded 2006 in Arillas on the northwest coast of Corfu by Spyros Kaloudis, brewed to the Reinheitsgebot on four barley malts and noble aroma hops. Bottom-fermented, unpasteurised, largely unfiltered — shipped alive across Greece. Bright gold, delicate, light in body. 5% vol., 14 IBU — the Ionian island's own answer to the German lager tradition.
