◎ Appearance

Pale golden-yellow with pronounced turbidity from suspended yeast and hop particles, characteristic of the style. The dense, cream-colored head forms quickly and clings to the glass with good retention. Fine carbonation creates a lively, inviting visual presence.

◌ Aroma

A forward-facing tropical fruit bouquet dominates, with distinct notes of mango, passionfruit, and stone fruit from the Sabro, Talus, and Mosaic hops. Subtle citrus undertones—orange peel and grapefruit zest—emerge on closer inspection. The malt base remains restrained, allowing the hop character to occupy the foreground without vegetal or grassy interference.

◐ Taste

Juicy and approachable on entry, with tropical and stone fruit flavors leading the palate. The moderate body carries a soft, creamy mouthfeel that enhances drinkability. Bitterness is deliberately restrained at 40 IBU, allowing sweetness and fruit esters to persist without a harsh finish, making this well-suited to long refreshment.

Medium-length, fading gradually into a dry, fruity aftertaste. The tropical notes linger softly, with a clean, thirst-quenching character that invites another sip.
