Zámecké Černé
A full caramel aroma opens the way to flavors of caramel, coffee and chocolate, closing with a soft, bitter finish. The very dark colour comes from specially coloured malts, and the recipe follows period brewing traditions. The Plevka family has led the brewery in Chodová Planá since 1992, at a site whose oldest written record dates to 1573.
