Low Voltage presents a pale golden hue with excellent clarity and a white head that settles to a thin, persistent collar. The carbonation is lively and well-integrated, creating fine bubbles that rise steadily through the glass. Lacing clings to the sides with moderate retention.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with bright citrus—grapefruit and lemon zest—layered over distinctly tropical notes of mango and passionfruit from the Mosaic and Simcoe hops. A subtle sweetness from caramalt and oats sits beneath, while Columbus adds a restrained herbal undertone. The overall profile is inviting and approachable without any sharp or aggressive edges.

◐ Taste

Entry is clean and smooth, with tropical and citrus flavors taking the lead across the mid-palate. The pale malt and dextrin base provides a gentle sweetness and body, while oats contribute a whisper of creaminess. Bitterness arrives measured at 33 IBU—present but never harsh, finishing dry without astringency.

◑ Finish

The finish is clean and relatively short, fading gracefully with lingering citrus and a touch of caramel. Refreshingly dry, leaving the palate clear and ready for another sip.
