Black Sheep Blonde

Tap to rate

A light blonde ale on a bready base of British malts, hopped with Celeia, Cascade and Amarillo. The aroma is all citrus: lemon, grapefruit and orange. The palate stays light and zesty, with sharp lemon, bitter grapefruit and sweeter orange, and a crisp bitterness that runs through every sip. Gold in colour and, at 3.7 %, the lightest of the brewery's core cask beers; one of the newer members of that range, sold on cask and in bottle. Bronze at the World Beer Awards 2024.
