Vibrant berry and stone fruit aromatics dominate the nose, with red currant and blackberry leading, followed by subtle tropical notes of passionfruit and guava. Bright citrus accents peek through, while the low hop rate allows the fruit character to remain the focal point. Clean fermentation allows the adjunct fruit to shine without competing yeast esters.

The palate opens with vivid berry and tropical fruit sweetness that dissolves quickly into a keen, refreshing tartness. The sour character is pronounced but well-integrated, lending structure without harshness. Mid-palate is clean and uncomplicated, allowing the fruit flavors to remain the primary focus.
