◎ Appearance

Pale straw yellow with exceptional clarity and bright luminosity. A fine, delicate head forms initially and recedes to a thin collar, leaving light lacing on the glass. Effervescence is lively and persistent throughout.

◌ Aroma

Vibrant berry and stone fruit aromatics dominate the nose, with red currant and blackberry leading, followed by subtle tropical notes of passionfruit and guava. Bright citrus accents peek through, while the low hop rate allows the fruit character to remain the focal point. Clean fermentation allows the adjunct fruit to shine without competing yeast esters.

◐ Taste

The palate opens with vivid berry and tropical fruit sweetness that dissolves quickly into a keen, refreshing tartness. The sour character is pronounced but well-integrated, lending structure without harshness. Mid-palate is clean and uncomplicated, allowing the fruit flavors to remain the primary focus. Residual sweetness is minimal, maintaining a dry, quenching character throughout.

The finish is crisp and short, with acidity lingering pleasantly as a dry, fruit-forward aftertaste. No bitterness or rough edges remain—only clean, refreshing fruit character.
