Mega City presents a bright golden-amber hue with excellent clarity and a full, persistent white head that builds quickly on the pour. Carbonation is lively and well-integrated, creating fine bubbles throughout. Head retention is strong, with good lacing clinging to the glass as you drink.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with punchy floral notes from BRU-1 and Citra hops, followed by pronounced citrus and tropical fruit character. Pineapple dominates the fruity profile, layered with hints of orange zest and grapefruit. A subtle, grainy malt backbone supports the hop aromatics without overwhelming them.

◐ Taste

Entry is clean and fruit-forward, with the tropical character building immediately across the palate. The 58 IBU bitterness arrives mid-palate with authority, balancing the natural sweetness from oats in the grain bill without turning harsh or astringent. Body is medium-full, substantial enough to carry the aggressive hop load without feeling thin.

The finish is dry and lingering, with citrus and floral hop notes persisting well into the aftertaste. Bitterness holds firm but does not dominate the final impression.
