Bin Bawn Pale Ale
Bin Bawn was the first beer Ballykilcavan released and is named after one of the barley fields on the farm. Pale, crystal and amber malts, all made from the farm's own barley, give it a grainy, slightly biscuity base. Bittering hops and citrus aroma hops are set against that, so the beer stays balanced instead of hop-led. At 4.6% it drinks crisp and light.

Cold enough to sharpen the hop aroma without numbing the palate. Around 7–9°C keeps the citrus and pine vivid without losing bitterness definition.
The classic — versatile, comfortable to hold and keeps the beer cool. No frills, no distractions: just the beer.
Drink fresh — hop aroma fades fast. Best within 3 months of canning or bottling.
