Reverence

Tap to rate

Mosaic carries this 0.5 % pale ale: tropical fruit, zesty grapefruit, a delicate bitterness at the end, juicy and crisp. Oats, caramalt and dextrin malt build body, and Lallemand LoNa yeast keeps the alcohol low. Mosaic also goes in as Hyperboost extract for dry hopping. The brewery's first 0.5 % release took its cue from Heathen, though it was never meant as a baby Heathen.

Serve at 7–10°C

Cold enough to sharpen the hop aroma without numbing the palate. Around 7–9°C keeps the citrus and pine vivid without losing bitterness definition.

Pint glass

The classic — versatile, comfortable to hold and keeps the beer cool. No frills, no distractions: just the beer.

Drink fresh — hop aroma fades fast. Best within 3 months of canning or bottling.
