Lost Souls

Tap to rate

Big, bold and warming: full bodied, complex, with luscious vanilla over dark malt, made for slow sipping. Maris Otter, caramalt, black, chocolate and crystal malts, sugar and vanilla meet Titan, Green Bullet and Cascade. At 11.0 % ABV this is the strongest beer on Abbeydale's current trade list, and the 2026 release deliberately goes classic.

◐ Taste

Full-bodied and warming on entry, with chocolate and caramel malt flavors building into a complex mid-palate. Vanilla presence is luscious but balanced, not cloying; it mingles with dark grain and subtle sugar notes. Bitterness arrives as a measured 60 IBU contribution, offering structure without overwhelming the malt complexity.
