◎ Appearance

Displays a bright golden hue with excellent clarity and a pale straw-colored tone characteristic of the 7 SRM specification. A dense white head forms upon pour with solid retention, supported by crisp carbonation that creates a fine, persistent lacing on the glass.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with vibrant citrus notes from Cascade hops, complemented by earthy pine undertones from Centennial additions. A clean malt backbone provides subtle breadiness without any harsh alcohol or yeast-forward character, creating an inviting and balanced aromatic profile.

◐ Taste

Entry is crisp and refreshing with immediate citrus flavors that transition into a piney, resinous mid-palate. The 60 IBU bitterness integrates seamlessly with the clean malt foundation, providing structure without harshness, while the 6.5% ABV keeps the beer approachable and drinkable.

◑ Finish

The finish is dry and crisp with lingering citrus and pine notes that fade gracefully. The moderate bitterness persists pleasantly without becoming aggressive, leaving a refreshing aftertaste ideal for its positioning as an adventure reward beer.

Serve at 8–11°C for the best flavour balance and aroma expression.

The curved shape concentrates hop aromas and supports a thick head. Essential for aromatic ales and IPAs where the nose is half the experience.
