Beers similar to Jasper Ale

hopIQ found 10 beers that share Jasper Ale's caramel and malty character. A red ale rebuilt in 2017 around Galaxy, Enigma and Mosaic, which lay tropical fruit and citrus over a dark bill of Carared, Caramunich, Munich and Carafa malts. Those malts bring caramel, toffee and hazelnut with a faint roast at the edge, and the mouthfeel is smooth and velvety. The hops sit in front while the beer is cold and the malt steps forward as it warms. Bitterness is firm, the colour a deep amber, and the name comes from the red volcanic soil inland of the brewery.
