Beers similar to East Point
hopIQ found 10 beers that share East Point's sour and citrusy character. A lightly soured ale brewed at 2.7 percent for refreshment rather than depth. The lactic pitch gives a clean lemon and lime tang with a trace of yoghurt sourness underneath, and the acidity stays bright instead of sharp. Hopping is sparing, so almost nothing bitter comes through and the pale malt sits quietly behind the acid. The body is thin, the carbonation lively, and the finish quick and dry.
