Beers similar to Quilmes Stout

hopIQ found 10 beers that share Quilmes Stout's roasted and toasty character. Quilmes Stout is a dark beer with a creamy body and head, fermented as a lager rather than an ale. Three roasted malts give it a deep brown to black colour and a toasted aroma. The palate is led by sweetness, with notes of caramel, chocolate and coffee from the roasting of the malt, while a light bitterness keeps it in balance. Next to dry, roasty stouts it comes across as soft and rounded, with a gently sweet finish.
