A balanced, flavourful taste with a hoppy aroma, a velvety-soft bitterness and a rich head that invites the next sip. A longer lagering period rounds the beer out. Brewed at 11° original gravity with in-house malt, famous Saaz hops and spring water from the Jizera Mountains, using the same technology as a century ago. The brewery has long counted it among its proudest beers, and it has won a number of awards.
