A light amber best bitter built on 100% Maris Otter: a rich malt backbone with notes of digestive biscuit, subtle toast and a hint of nuttiness, and a gentle hop bitterness that lets the malt lead. Fuggles and Willamette hops with torrified wheat, 3.9%, on cask and brewed all year. It began as a small batch in June 2025.
