Brewed for the Maredsous community and poured only on tap at the abbey site, which Benedictine monks founded in the Molignée valley in 1872. Easy to drink and harmonious, it balances bitter and hoppy notes against each other, with a light spiciness in the nose. The fourth beer on the Maredsous list, next to the Blonde, Brune and Triple.
