A pleasantly pronounced bitterness meets a full flavour with a bready note, because lower attenuation leaves the beer with body. It foams very well. The brewery calls it the flagship of Hubertus. The unfiltered version is filled into kegs and PET bottles and stays cloudy from remaining yeast; the filtered one is sold in glass bottles, kegs and cans.
