hopIQ found 10 beers that share Dunkel's malty and caramel character. Malt and caramel set the tone in this near-black lager, backed by a spicy streak and a fine hop note that stays in proportion. It is brewed in St. Johann in Tirol, where the Huber family has led the brewery since 1883 and where beer is poured in the Turmstüberl.
