A ležák for St Wenceslas, patron saint of Czech beer, brewed from fresh Žatec Poloraný červeňák in the kettle, in the whirlpool and in the cold hopping, which is only possible once a year at harvest, when the wet cones must be used within 24 hours. The hop aroma is pronounced, the malt body is pronounced too, and the bitterness stays very gentle so that the hops can come through.
