Simba Wit presents a pale straw to golden hue, characteristically hazy and opaque from suspended wheat proteins and yeast. A modest white head forms with decent retention and fine lacing. The cloudiness is integral to the style, giving the beer a soft, inviting visual presence.

◌ Aroma

The nose opens with bright citrus peel—lemon and orange zest—layered with a distinctive coriander spice that is warm and slightly herbaceous. Beneath lies a soft wheat maltiness with delicate floral notes and a hint of honey, creating an aromatic profile that is approachable and complex without being assertive.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is light and crisp with a clean wheat character that dominates the palate. Mid-palate brings coriander and subtle citrus spice in balance with mild sweetness and a honey undertone. Bitterness is restrained at 15 IBU, allowing the spice and grain to shine rather than dominate, finishing with a smooth, refreshing quality.

The finish is dry and clean, with citrus and coriander notes fading gently into a soft wheat aftertaste. Refreshment lingers pleasantly without heaviness, inviting another sip.

Kalt servieren, um die zarten Zitrus- und Gewürzaromen zu erhalten. Zu warm werden die Hefe-Ester schwer — zu kalt verschwindet der Koriander.
