El Trueno presents a hazy, pale golden body with substantial turbidity from suspended yeast and hop matter. The dense, creamy head builds quickly and clings to the glass with visible lacing. Fine carbonation animates the body without aggressive aggression.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright, resinous citrus and stone fruit character, particularly mango and tangerine from the late-addition Krush and Idaho 7 hops. A dank, herbal undercurrent emerges beneath the tropical fruit, with subtle earthy notes grounding the profile. The overall effect is aromatic and forward-facing without harshness.

The palate opens with juicy mango and citrus fruit that fills the mid-palate with a firm, slightly sticky texture. Fresh hoppy bitterness (45 IBU) sits comfortably in the background, providing structure without dominating. A creamy mouthfeel tempers the dry resinous finish, creating balance between sweetness and bite.

The finish is clean and moderately dry, with lingering resinous and herbal notes fading gradually. A subtle fruity sweetness persists into the aftertaste.
