Pako's presents a bright golden hue with excellent clarity and a pale straw-colored appearance characteristic of the style. The head forms quickly and clings persistently to the glass walls, displaying fine lacing that tracks the beer's decline. Carbonation is brisk and well-integrated, creating a lively visual presence throughout the tasting.

◌ Aroma

The nose is immediately dominated by pungent Simcoe and Mosaic hop character, delivering waves of citrus and piney resin. Floral notes emerge on closer inspection, with hints of orange zest and herbal green undertones. The malt base remains restrained, allowing the hop profile to command the aromatic space without overwhelming complexity.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and clean, with pronounced hop bitterness (60 IBU) arriving without harshness. The mid-palate develops fruity notes and a full-bodied mouthfeel that sustains the piney and citrusy character without becoming cloying. The 6.8% ABV remains balanced and unobtrusive, allowing the hop expression to drive the flavor from beginning to finish.

The finish is dry and refreshing, with lingering citrus and pine that fade to a clean, bitter aftertaste. The beer's drinkability is evident here—despite the aggressive hop profile, the finish invites another sip rather than fatiguing the palate.
