The palate opens with bright citrus and fruity hop flavors, followed by a medium-bodied structure with balanced malt sweetness. Bold bitterness develops gracefully through the mid-palate, delivering 50 IBUs of assertive but refined bite characteristic of West Coast IPA tradition.
