Mango and raspberry purée dominate the nose, their fruity esters taking precedence over the subtle wheat and barley foundation. Behind the stone fruit sits a gentle acidity—both the lactic tang of the weisse culture and the brighter tartness of raspberry. The overall impression is refreshing rather than vinous, with no aggressive funkiness.

The palate opens with mango-driven sweetness tempered immediately by dual acidity layers: the style's own lactic sourness and the raspberry's natural tartness. The wheat malt contributes a soft, delicate structure without weight or astringency.
