Giving Chaos presents a pale golden hue with an SRM of 8, showing good transparency with minimal haze. The head forms readily and displays fine retention, leaving delicate lacing on the glass walls. Carbonation appears moderate to brisk, consistent with the style.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright American citrus—grapefruit zest and candied orange—before tropical and stone-fruit notes emerge from Nectaron and Nelson Sauvin. A subtle white grape character adds complexity beneath, while the double dry-hop charge brings a resinous, herbal undertone without harshness. Soft cereal notes from the oat and wheat base ground the bouquet.

◐ Geschmack

The palate opens with assertive citric and tropical fruit flavors that build through the middle, supported by a creamy mouthfeel from the oat and wheat adjuncts. Hop bitterness arrives mid-palate with measured intensity, balanced against the fruit-forward character rather than dominating it. A light, grainy sweetness persists without cloying, while resinous notes add textural depth.

The finish is clean and moderately dry, with citrus and herbal notes lingering pleasantly without astringency. Residual tropical fruit character fades gradually, leaving a soft resinous trace.
