◎ Aussehen

A pale golden hue with excellent transparency, revealing the beer's lean structure at first glance. The head forms with moderate density and dissipates steadily, leaving delicate lacing along the glass. Bright carbonation is evident throughout.

◌ Aroma

The five-hop blend announces itself with prominent tropical stone fruit: ripe mango and peach from Azacca and Galaxy lead the way. Citra and Mosaic add bright citrus zest and subtle berry undertones. The red wheat malt sits quietly beneath, contributing a soft, bready grain foundation without dominating.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is immediately juicy, with peach and mango flavors building across the palate before a measured bitterness arrives—clean and herbaceous rather than harsh. The wheat malt lends a slight sweetness and soft body, keeping the beer refreshing despite its fruit-forward character. Mid-palate lingers on citrus and stone fruit without becoming cloying.

The finish is clean and relatively short, with tropical notes fading quickly into a dry, slightly herbaceous aftertaste. No lingering sweetness or heaviness remains.
