Pale gold hue with excellent clarity and fine, persistent carbonation. The head builds quickly with good retention and forms a delicate lacing pattern down the glass, suggesting a well-balanced grain bill and proper conditioning.

◌ Aroma

The nose leads with bright citrus and pine from dry-hopping, immediately present without harshness or green character. Behind the prominent hop aromatics sits a restrained, clean malt foundation that supports rather than competes, allowing the Edelhopfen character to define the profile.

◐ Geschmack

Entry is crisp and hop-driven, with citrus and herbal bitterness building through the mid-palate without becoming harsh or vegetal. The malt backbone remains lean and understated, providing just enough structure to frame the bitterness at a moderate 35 IBU that feels integrated rather than aggressive. Finish is dry and clean.

◑ Abgang

Medium-length finish with lingering citrus and pine notes tapering to a dry, refreshing aftertaste. The bitterness recedes gracefully, leaving a clean palate that invites the next sip.

Kühl genug, um das Hopfenaroma zu schärfen ohne den Gaumen zu betäuben. Ca. 7–9°C hält das Zitrus- und Kiefernaroma lebendig ohne die Bitterkeitsdefinition zu verlieren.
