The nose opens with pronounced oak influence from the Brazilian Amburana wood, layered with creamy vanilla and warming cinnamon spice. Beneath these wood-forward notes lie roasted malt undertones and hints of dark chocolate, grounded by a subtle coffee earthiness that speaks to the beer's complexity rather than dominance.

Entry is full-bodied and smooth, the palate immediately greeted by vanilla sweetness and spiced warmth from the oak aging. Mid-palate develops roasted character with chocolate and coffee notes that balance the wood's influence; the 65 IBU bitterness arrives as a measured counterpoint without harshness, allowing the rich malt profile to remain prominent through the center.
